The customer service from the branch in Ermelo is terrible; they lack communication. I bought a Panel FTS 1842sp-inch smart TV in 31October 2025, and it only worked for one month. On December 28, 2025, it just went blank—no picture or audio. I immediately returned it to the store for repair or replacement, but I was told I needed to wait six weeks. The store recorded the Booking date as 04/01/26. They always promise to resolve issues with an update, but nothing is done, and the problem has continued since then. As of now, six weeks later, the issue still hasn't been fixed. ,can I get refund already bought new TV because seems like the do not care about their customers. ---

Very poor response from call center. ISP . The promised speed of the service has bnever materialised. Complaints to call centre yielded nothing as promised call back were not kept. Today I held on for 30 minutes with no resolve. Choose your ISP carefully - Pradeep

Asked a normal question about a TV Box on their WhatsApp. Rudely told "Use our website" Not even the slightest effort to answer my question. Luckily soon or later businesses like this cease to exist.

Bad experience even head office is useless. I order cable last year around November they were supposed to arrive in commisioner street store location. When I call a guy by name of junior if thats his name is as rude. He didn't even bother to ask for tracking number just bluntly told me item has not arrive. He said I should come to the store of which I didn't even select as a pick up location. What a nightmare these people are just not bothered. Head office you might ask, we'll that is even worse the lady picks up the call the 1st time. After that you can call 1 million she just wont pick up, if she does she will transfer you to a number that will not be picked up then you will not be able to even get through to her now. Fast trak the one that sell sound equipment is the worst experience ive ever had in my life. This does even deserve even a single star

The most terrible customer service in history from the Branch in George, Customer service and Area Manager. They don't teach the staff product knowledge ,the staff is just selling stuff without explaining the pros and cons ,on top of that the Store Manager is very rude .I bought an "Supersonic Smart TV "in 2024 have in mind when I purchased the tv they did not even explain to me listen the tv only have an 1 year warranty.,and "if" something happened with the tv it can't be fixed nowhere. Eventually my tv broke after 1 year and they said the can fix it but I must pay an "fee" of "R1900" .The problem is not paying buy an Supersonic Brand it isn't even quality if it was Samsung, Hisense and etc..anytime I feel it's day light *******. People please don't buy from them either pay expensive for quality!!!
