Poor service Very poor response from call center. ISP . I do not receive the promised speed of the service. Complaints to call centre yielded nothing as promised call backs were not kept. They promise the world when they are courting you and drop you once you sign up. Today I held on for 30 minutes with no resolve. Choose your ISP carefully - Pradeep

i received an SMS from Bonitas on 8 Dec 2025 informing me that one of their agents will call me back. No such luck. it has been a week. i wonder what serious crime they are investigating. I then wrote a review on HelloPeter which garnered the same response. They will call me back. And no surprise. Silence. I even challenged them to call me back. Challenge not accepted. I wonder what 2026 will bring. :(
It is difficult to say something nice. Many unspeakable adjectives come to mind :( I have a major headache from banging my head against the wall. The wall is even broken but people from Bonitas are cruising nicely with no understanding of the anger that they cause.
I have complained before about Bonitas and their partner Marara Pharmacy. It is clear that they dont give a **** about their paying members or their concerns. They change the rules when it suits them and dont respond to complaints on social media platforms. They only respond to compliments. I am sick and tired about being sick and tired about the service that i get from them. Doomed if you do and doomed if you dont. Empty promises are the only thing that you get for free from them. :( :(
The call centre agent refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor/team leader after I learnt that Bonitas paid a service provider for chronic medication from day-to-day benefits
For a change something good. I would like to send a shout out to Gabriella who after speaking to many *********** people since April 2025 was able to resolve my query in one call. Give her a Bells.
I purchased a 10kg cake flour three weeks ago and found a whole ecosystem of weevils living in the packet. This included worms. I sent pictures and videos as required to them on the 2 June and to date despite two follow up calls to them, still no response. I was promised a replacement voucher on Monday, 9 June will be sent via sms. Still nothing. I called today and was advised that a sms generated today(FRIDAY) should reach me by MONDAY. Clearly our telecommunication infrastructure is not world class that a sms takes three days to be delivered. I was forced to purchase a 2,5kg packet as i require the product for the weekend.
I would like to send a shout-out to Stephanie from Accounts for her outstanding service when i approached her for help. I later found out that the query should have been dealt with by the Case Management Unit. It was not her job, but she still proceeded to help.
I am forced once again to record my utter frustration at the service that i received from Marara Pharmacy. I received medication for Dep 03 today, 06 June. Two items are on script. Dep 03 lives in Gauteng and i live in Kzn. 1 item was delivered today to me in Kzn. The other item i was told was due to be dispatched today, to be delivered on Monday9th June. The undelivered item is critical for continued good health and necessary to be taken EVERY DAY. Not when Marara thinks that it should be. I was told that an urgent delivery will be made. On MONDAY. Today is Friday. URGENT DELIVERY. I am sick and tired of the inefficiency and ******* that is dished out by this Bonitas contracted DSP.
