Fatima's favourite food(spring rolls) - not worth the money you spend on it!

Hi so I have bought Fatima's favorite food (spring rolls pack of 12) and almost all the spring rolls were broken!!! It cost like R50 and this the second time so R100 down the drain as well as the hassle of it messing all in my fryer and needing so stain the 4 l of oil!!! When I contacted the company I got a response "they sorry for the inconvenience, the will look into it" This is quality control mind you. It's been a couple of days so I emailed again still not response. Not only was I highly disappointed in the quality of the product but the customer services given for their faulty products.
