Fatima's Favourite Foods - Puff Pastry
Fatima's Favourite Foods - Puff Pastry 3kg The puff pastry (B/N 125011) BB:11/01/2026, specific batch of puff pastry is a disaster when baking pies. The puff pastry does not pastry bake hundreds of layers that puff up in the oven. Pastry cracks, stays flat, bottom of pies does not bake golden in colour. Pastry is very soft, has many air bubbles in the pastry, is sticky on working surface when rolling pastry. Complaint was given to my supplier regarding the product as my clients were not content with the pies thus no profit on the sales thereof. Fatima's favourite foods do not provide client service as no reply to complaints nor credit on product is given from the company.

Fatima's favourite food(spring rolls) - not worth the money you spend on it!
Hi so I have bought Fatima's favorite food (spring rolls pack of 12) and almost all the spring rolls were broken!!! It cost like R50 and this the second time so R100 down the drain as well as the hassle of it messing all in my fryer and needing so stain the 4 l of oil!!! When I contacted the company I got a response "they sorry for the inconvenience, the will look into it" This is quality control mind you. It's been a couple of days so I emailed again still not response. Not only was I highly disappointed in the quality of the product but the customer services given for their faulty products.

My absolute favorites on my grocery list are Fatimas frozen ready-to-bake goods. After a long day at work, when you're yearning something delicious like rotti and curry but lack the strength to create it, simply just pop a Fatimas frozen paratha in a pan and bobs your uncle. They are ready to fry from frozen or at your convenience and available in a variety of flavors. #BlackFriday
