Lies, lies and more lies - shame on Fatman Catering
It has been a two month journey of pain. I paid R8500,00 on 8 December 2023 for a new gas chip fryer. After so many false promises of delivery I demanded a refund. This was an even greater disappointment. To be blatantly **** to by Jana about EFT's that was supposedly done, a bizarre interaction with a so called Nedbank employee and a gross violation of my right to privacy - sharing my contact details with a third party in contravention of the POPI Act. I have now resorted to take Jana and Fatman Catering Equipment cc. to court for my refund and losses as result of her failure to meet the sales agreement.

Great Service/
This company had been recommended to me. After seeing the previous reviews, I was skeptical but because they were recommended, I decided to take the leap and go ahead and use them. I can 100% say I was not sorry. Jana who is mentioned in the previous reviews explained what had gone wrong, but without making excuses she was honest, and I felt much better giving them this chance. I placed my order and was able to collect my goods within 48hrs. The balance that needed to be manufactured did take a bit longer, but Jana had told me that due to loadshedding there may be a delay and she kept me informed every day of the progress. I am very happy with my order and the service I had received.
