FAW POOR SERVICE

I've received terrible service from day one of purchasing a 18 cube tipper truck Truck was a problem from the first week break linings sub axle bearings all under 5 months of having the truck

Service is extremely poor and dealer principal does not like to assist or compensate when needed to .. promises are made and never stuck to Parts are always a problem my downtime makes my company suffer due to them never having availability on parts

I am now suffering the consequences for purchasing a truck from a company like yours
