LATE ESTATE OF MY MOTHER - COMPANY CAN'T EVEN SPELL HER NAME CORRECTLY

The Company FDP Administration Services works with ABSA in dealing with the Deceased ESTATE and charges 3.5 % for their services to execute the Estate Of the Late Deceased. In this case IT WAS MY MOTHER. It is so upsetting knowing I have just lost my mother and this company has the WILL and sends me a letter (BENEFICIARY OF LATE ESTATE NAME OF MY MOTHER - SPELT WRONG.!!!!!!!!! They know in the WILL I am the DAUGHTER but am addressed AS DEAR SIR. I am then expected to edit a document but is sent to me in a format that is NOT EDITABLE eg PDF instead of Microsoft Word which is an EDITABLE APPLICATION which they require information from me.

I think is is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL , NOT ACCEPTABLE in my terms at all as this was not done with kindness and understanding, the typing errors and explaining I am a MAN is just not on. EVERYTHING IS IN THE DOCUMENTATION including id NO AND Name and Surname of the Deceased and therefore I am totally DISGUSTED in the way I am treated.

It is hard enough emotionally to get over the death of my mother and she leaves ABSA TRUST in charge of her ESTATE AND THIS IS WHAT I GET. THEY use ANOTHER COMPANY - FDP ADMINISTRATION TO EXECUTE THE ESTATE AND the company does not even CARE how I should feel reading a document when EVERYTHING IS INCORRECT.

NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL - ESPECIALLY AS THEY TAKE 3.5 % and this is how they conduct business. Reference LINDO MLAMBO.......... I am so angry right now as I just received the letter I want to catch a snake.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
