I have had Rocketnet S my SP for many years moved house and upgraded my services. I would recommend ANYONE who is looking for transparency reliability and honesty to let them run your ISP requirements .
It was just before 7am Sun 9 January 2022 and I called 135 red vip assistance and Kgomotoso was the assisting agent on the line. I lost the call and she called me back. I have to congratulate Vodacom in having such good staff and excellent service as this young lady did everything for me and was so kind and also very respectful. Her english was perfect and offered to assist me beyond what I required. She should be given an opportunity to become a manager or supervisor so she can train other agents to be like her and understand what the customers need and how to help them the way she did. Thank you again Vodacom for the excellent service you provide. What an outstanding person. Please consider this young lady for greater things as she is an asset to your team!
P/F will be taken to the authorities for fraud and non compliance to the Consumer Protection Act. All debit orders charged to any person that HAS NOT AGREED TO Is known as fraud. All Debit orders need to be signed and agreed to by the consumer and accepted. No part of the agreement may change on agreed amount until the customer receives a WRITTEN NOTICE informing them of any financial change in the contract. The Consumer Protection Act and the South African Fraud Prevention Services are there to assist all customers here. 011 867 2234. South African Consumer Protection Act specifies what is legal and illegal. You have a right to get assistance as it is not coming from this merchant/supplier. They KNOW what they are doing is ILLEGAL and it is why no one is replying to any one's painful requests. Cybercrime is at an all time high right now. Protection yourself ensure you get the correct original documentation. Also a victim of the fraud taking place in planet fitness payments systems.
i am going to report planet fitness to the NCR for doing FRAUD. They are illegally debiting peoples accounts WITHOUT CONSENT USING THE DEBI CHECK SYSTEM. I put this system in and am a Certified Ethical Hacker. This is illegal and I will NOT tollerate this type of behaviour from a Merchant. Attention everyone, please look into your accounts and see if you get a DEBIT ORDER OUT THE BLUE from PLANNET FITNESS.. they not sending ANY COMMUNICATIONS OUT or CALLING any client They taking banking details from CANCELLED ACCOUNTS AND DEBITING YOU.,!!!!!!!! BE AWARE NB!!!!!!! I have already reported them to Transunion Credit Bureau!!!!!!!!! I even contacted the MANAGER OF FOURWAYS GYM and he told me directly he will contact me back on Monday 6 December and has not. These people are not doing the right thing. It is my job to inform the public of ANY CYBERCRIME and that is what I am doing.
There was cybercrime on the account linked to the payment for planet Fitness. I received a call from planet fitness customer service headoffice to be informed there was outstanding money owed to them on 10 April2021. I told the agent what happened and they informed me I can settle the account via EFT. which I did IMMEDIATELY. I also informed the. IN WRITING to DELETE THE DEBIT ORDER from the account as it has been flagged for FRAUD and AML. I also requested that CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PLANET FITNESS RESPOND TO CONFIRM THIS as it is a very serious matter!!! This email was also to confirm they will be paid before the required date VIA EFT. If Planet Fitness attempts to BILL VIA DEBIT ORDER to that fraudulent flagged account it will be shown as FRAUD.. Also as I requested them to CONFIRM to DELETE the debit order on 10 April 2021 and the email was sent to the AGENT and CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PLANET FITNESS.... Today is Monday 26 April 2021. I have just CALLED customer service as I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMED EMAIL and now the customer service agent makes EXCUSES....We never received your email. I DON'T KNOW who the agent is...HOWEVER CONFIRMATION of payment is right there???? When you are in a call center you have the clients profile in front of you. You ALSO have all information regarding payments and transactions that take place for that client. I RESENT the email of 10 April 10:22am. She then receives the email. Does NOT LOOK AT WHO IT'S BEEN SENT TO and continues to tell me I DON'T KNOW who this agent is NOT LOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SENT the email. Then I asked to speak to the manager...oh not available.. I asked to soeak to the supervisor oh not there right now. This is ABSOLUTELY DIAGUSTING how you treat your customers. I have been a member of planet Fitness for SO.MANY YEARS. Now I am thinking of CANCELING MY CONTRACT and going to Virgin Active. Perhaps they will treat me with respect and the dignify I deserve. So PLEASE go ahead and DEBIT that account. Then I can have Planet Fitness up for FRAUD.. This account has been paid via EFT. So if you double debit a client you will be flagged. I will also inform Transunion credit bureau of what type of people work at Planet Fitness CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have EVERYTHING in WRITING requesting the deletion of that DEBIT ORDER WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Such bad service. I never ever want to speak to ANYONE AGAIN in customer services from Planet Fitness. As there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. The next call I make will be to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT !
I have tried to contact Standardbank contact center then tried to contact FRAUD Department who said I need to speak to APPLICATION FRAUD and have been holding in for almost 1 hour FROM MY CELLPHONE !!! This is ridiculous. I want to report a serious cybercrime fraud problem to STOP a debit order but no one is assisting me. I am changing my bank.
Best company ever! I needed to move urgently and Yolandi was so very kind and assisted me. She explained what needed to be done. I paid her and her VERY nice team of movers came out in the pouring rain and they were just so awesome. They helped me with EVERYTHING. They were extremely kind, professional and all I needed to do was get my DSTV installer and my technical equipment fixed. They addressed all my moving needs, covered all my stuff to ensure it was not wet. This side they were so good as a team and just asked me exactly where what must go. I really recommend this company to any person and they really take care of you. I did not have a lot of money and tons of stuff. The quote for my move was very affordable and the service was excellent. Thank you!!!
I have been a client of yours since you started DSTV and have a premier subscription with Showmax. I have asked NUMEROUS TIMES for you to investigate channel 117 and 125 and have requested WHY the series that you are showing are 1. OUT OF ORDER - you will present Season 8 CSI MIAMI then SEASON 2? 2. OUT OF TIME - Law and Order on 117 has seasons and your production staff do NOT CARE how many adverts are inserted so the episode CUTS OFF and then you cannot see the end of that episode. AGAIN OUT OF ORDER. You air Season 12 and then SEASON 8? What is wrong with your management and Architecture procedures? Is there no one controlling WHO puts WHAT on air and is there no one monitoring the people that are splicing all the adverts IN BETWEEN the series TO ENSURE TIME??? SHOWMAX DOWNLOAD - TECHNICAL ERROR NOT CORRECTED???? Downloading from showmax . Go to the DSTV DOWNLOAD MANAGER - ALL downloads are AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO HISTORY????? WHY? They are supposed to be going to the DOWNLOADS FOLDER. Again, who is managing your technical delivery people and WHY is there now IT Architecture managing the CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND DEV/OPS process. I think it is ridiculous to pay nearly R1000 per month for a service of this delivery and I am now in mind to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and rather go to all the Streaming Sites and pay the VERY SMALL FEE monthly and ACTUALLY get my programs in order and it remembers where it was and you can watch it from there These systems are programed in microservices and are so much easier to manage and maintain than your environment. There also seems to be the CORRECT CORPORATE GOVERNANCE and IT ARCHITECTURE and PROCEDURES in place for THE CORRECT PRODUCTION series to be presented to the customer than what you are charging for and what I am receiving from DSTV. The technical service you have managing your entire systems is totally pathetic. Get the right people in to fix your problems and stop making the customer pay to redownlod over and over again for the same movie.
Absolutely USELESS!! My partner was a Telkom employee for over 40 years and I also worked in the technical project management space for Telkom way back. Now they don't seem to care AT ALL w.r.t. an account we have that has FRAUDULENTLY OUT OF THE BLUE Added another bill to our account. We have contacted Telkom and they have informe us it was removed however AGAIN, IT'S BACK and WE HAVE TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT that is not ours. This is just not acceptable. I have over 27 years of IT experience and KNOW this is illegal. I am writing this for all to see that this is how Telkom treats their clients and DOES NOT do what is requested of them. I am willing to get attorneys involved at Telkom's cost and this WILL become a matter of CYBERCRIME. You NEED to sort this matter out ASAP.
It's the MIDDLE of coronavirus lockdown and I have just received a call from someone claiming to be attorney's of Standardbank Credit Card Division. I am currently unemployed and my partner helps me financially however with the lockdown his finances has not come through and like everyone else in my position right now struggling to even get enough finances for a meal this woman tells me she is from attorneys for Standardbank and now they want to sue me for not paying 1 MONTH ON MY CREDIT CARD????? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. No one even ASKED if I am ok? I think this is truly disgusting and when I get finances I will CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE after being a PAYING LOYAL customer of over 20 YEARS !!! What type of company does this?
