Just another Customs stuff-up

FedEx, once again, you managed to mess up the customs clearance process. Already spoken to two different agents to resolve the matter, still no feedback 24 hours later.

Explain, how you calculate that Customs VAT, is nearly 3 times the total value of the commercial invoice?

Perhaps, because your agent cannot tell the difference between ZAR and USD, and then goes and multiply a ZAR amount by 16.7 and then there is ZERO urgency to try and resolve the matter!!
