Seroche Kortje is a MEAN BEACH!!!
Seroche Kortje is the meanest customer service agent ever. She is *********** and rude. She hung up on my boss while he was enquiring about his parcel from Italy to South Africa. We called her on *** which was provided on her email to my boss. She needs to be fired. We have called her back 5 times and she is no longer answering her phone.
