Happy with the process and the communication

I recently created an order for a mobile phone, from the date of order until delivery I was clear on the status of the order, there was a 1 working day delay from the original communicated date however I was being updated on the customs delay and on the release of the items. I changed my delivery address during the process and there was no issue delivering the item to me.

The WhatsApp communication makes things very easy.
