PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FENWICK BOSHOFF ATTORNEYS BE CAREFUL!!

I have had a verrrrrrrrrrrrrry bad experience with this practice - I asked for a settlement letter on an account that was handed over for Southern finance - I was given a letter from Brett who advised that by the end of the month I will get my settlement letter

I paid them in full on 11 March and to date have not been given a 0 balance statement or letter to confirm its paid NOR have they updated the itc profile!!!

this is the only account out of 6 others that still reflect on my profile! and someone between southern finance and fenwick attorneys are trying to be funny by not getting it updated!!

it is pathetic to think that its settled in full and yet a month later I am not removed from ITC for this account! not given a settlement letter

pathetic service indeed and I hope people see how these people treat you! I opened a case with the NCR and hope that they investigate it properly - you guys are standing in my way if my emigration application and as a result are costing me income here!!!!!!

do your job! and send me the letter as promised and remove me from ITC!!!!
