I ordered flowers for my wife on netflorist Nr1 the order I wanted to choose was wrong i cancelled it and was told it will be refunded to account so lets hope that happens Nr 2 i ordered a new order order nr 108918097 i asked to change the delivery address ur call centre nrs (the 3 I got on your website) doesnt work and also u dont respond on whatsapp!!! Pathetic service
apparently sometime early January The Northcliff branch was ****** and our items were ****** from them, we were told that they will make a payout - paperwork was signed on Monday LAST WEEK its a week later - the manager told us that it will be paid by last week thursday!! I had to call them THursday afternoon - I was told to give it another day... I did the same on Friday no luck - Sunday I called and spoke to a new manager as the current manager was apparently on leave till26 Jan - she said to me u are the customer we tried to reach - TRIED TO REACH WITHOUT A MISSED CALL OR EVEN SMS TO US but ok im the one they tried to reach... nevertheless had to give her a signed letter to resolve the issue - the letter was sent and we were now told that head office only makes payment once a week on a Thursday!!!!!!! HOW ***KKKKING pathetic considering we had to wait so long!! I also require the case nr at the SAPS please cause I am not leaving the matter here - u have business insurance on your property u getting paid out way more than the customer u paying out - where is that money going??????????????????!!!!! I require URGENT reply as I have not received anything after I was told to send a complaint email as they can not help me at head office directly without email complaint!!! YET 2 DAYS PASSED NO REPLY FROM ANYONE!!!
I was admitted to hospital in May for an Asthma attack and Dr then disagnosed me with adult hood asthma - Dr treated me in hospital Dr said he will put me on treatment and see if it works and then if I have a follow up consult with him on 2 June he will complete chronic forms etc if it works and put me on medication that works for me - I had to pay cash for the consultation R1280 - Dr rooms advised i should then claim from the medical aid. my forms were signed and left with the Dr to submit to Discovery - on 6 June my application was approved BUT Discovery refuses to pay back my consultation AND there is a short payment for the tests done to see if the medication worked - I called today and spoke to Ref 903770729 Zukiswa she advised that I should have app**** for chronic when I was admitted to Hospital in May!!! WHATTTTTTT?????????? and that it wont be back dated as it was apparently no delay on Discovery WHATTTTTT? - since when is Discovery the Dr to decide when and what medication? you have the records you can see I was admitted for asthma related events in May - now I am being penalized and put in a negative impact situation with a bill that is actually related to the event but I have to pay it?????? In accordance with the Medical Schemes Act 131 of 1998, and principles of administrative justice and equitable healthcare access, we submit that: The treatment and diagnosis occurred within the prescribed clinical framework. The delay in registration was medically advised and procedurally explained. The member acted in full compliance and good faith at all times. The cost of chronic medication paid during the trial period was due to an administrative and clinical process, not avoidable neglect, or delay by the member. I find the excuses of Discovery no longer entertaining and request that management steps in to get this resolved so I can get this off my back or give me a letter to confirm why and I will refer it to the Medical council for assistance - I am fed up with the excuses now!! to top it all I sent the email on 5 June - first when my wife called on 6 June it was said I should have sent it on 2nd june after the consult - now when i called to follow up on email sent 5 june which I didnt get reply I am being told u cant backdate
I was admited to sec 5 at wilgeheuwel hospital on Sunday and moved to sec8 due to respiratory infection with rhinovirus Special thanks to some of the following ladies in section 5 Diatile - the food ordering was so much fun every joke was entertained with so much enthusiasm. Loraine the student nurse thanks and good luck i think u will be a great asset to sec5 And the Nqobile for her sense of humour You ladies made it feel so warm at sec 5. Was a bit upset with some of the nurses with bad attitudes but the great outdid the bad thank you Here's hoping ill have such fun and friendly service in sec 8

NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM BEING TOLD THAT I WILL GET IT BY TE 8TH OF APRIL I JUST CALLED THE ATTORNEYS AND SPOKE TO VERONICA WHO CONFIRMED THE ACCOUNT IS PAID UP AND THE MONEY WAS PAID OVER TO THEM BUT HERE I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SETTLEMENT LETTER!! blooooooooooody hell! calling the stellenbosch reception NO ANSWER calling the JHB reception 0117993400 NO ANSWER - DAMNNNNNNNNNNN is there vacant jobs there for people in SA who want to work!!! We have emailed you on 5 March NO REPLY! with paid up judgment letter - that same letter was sent to ITC transunion on the 9th of March and Judgement was removed YESTERDAY how is it that you want to provide SA with a service but rather *** up our itc profiles!!!!!!!! pathetic!! I need someone to make contact with me and get my judgement removed! and update my profile ASAP get off your asses and do some work! clearly all other reviews left here are being ignored - wonder what u will do if all of us with our bad reviews make contact and we protest in front of your offices in the ballyoaks office park in Bryanston! if you cant deliver the service on such a sensitive topic as ITC then remove yourselves from SA. give me a call or email me and get this matter resolved and attend to the other 1000s of Southafricans waiting for u to feel like working EVENTUALLY!!!!!! Thank you so much to ORE and DYLAN in pre auth After 2 months of up and down with Wilgeheuwel hospital trying to find out a diagnosis for my wife who is in constant pain we finally managed by their i put and help to get her admitted for treatment. The time that these 2 agents took to spend on our query and by them calling the Drs and the facility over an hour and half worth of time to look into our matter the follow up calls to me to check in the constant getting back to me on a call they put on hold everything is really appreciated I had my doubts but took a chance and these 2 agents in 2 days surprised me with the individual time spent my call wasnt just another boring call for them. May you guys be blessed and your hard work properly celebrated by Adrian Gore my previous experience with Discovery was not even close to this and yet you come and blow me away with your knowledge and going that extra mile. TERRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE FROM SARS i submitted my return on 9 October - 21 business days expired on 9 November - I logged a complaint on the website and still waiting - its been 2 weeks after I got a mail to say its been allocated to an official - HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO ADD 1 PLUS 1?????????????????????????????????????? really cant be that difficult seems you wait 40 days before you start working on a case - honestly now what could keep you up so long!!
AGAIN email sent earlier in September to check my bond installment after rate drop - weird Std Bank sends communication about arrears and my updated insurance to my email but I dont get communication when my bond goes up or down after rate cuts etc nevertheless I sent an email to Std Bank informing them of an amount paid R9500 extra as my comms with them in September - and to check the new bond amount (10 and 20 September) I did 2 follow ups and ONLY after my 2nd follow up did I get a reply - my response to that reply was still not rep**** on since almost 2 weeks ago My request was simple - update my email so I get updated figures when my bond decreases and increases! and confirm the new figure after rate cut. you guys are quick to email my attorney when the bond falls in arrears and occur me extra cost with my attorneys but you dont communicate with me properly in the 1st place! please can I get someone to confirm my new installment and confirm the amounts that I have paid for this month and resolve the issue of my email address update - it is 2024 how do you still expect me to go to the branch to update my email address if you communicate all sorts of things with me on my email already!! thanks!
