They are called Ferndale, but they are based on the East Rand so don't think about the convenience of location if you live on the West Rand. My side-by-side fridge wasn't working, but my freezer was. The technicians came out, didn't have the right equipment and did more damage. They overcharged me and told me that it's fixed. The very next day both my fridge and freezer was not working. When they came back, they told me that the compressor is broken and that I had to put the money in their account for a new compressor. I became suspicious and didn't want to lose more money. When I asked for a refund, they were rude and disrespectful. Please don't use them in future. I will let Karma take over from here.
