Bad customer service at Vodacom

I had a very bad experience when I went to VODACOM branch to ask for help to do a SIM swap the person helping me was very rude and arrogant and had no patience with me the shop was not busy at the time its not like they were busy but the attitude was very bad they did not want to help and told me lies about there system being down and I have to go to Cresta mall for assistance which was not necessary. They wasted my timeand my petrol going to Cresta Mall. I'm very unhappywith the service that I received and I will contact the manager of the branch in Ferdale on Monday.
