Poor quality stove

A year ago (31January 2025) I bought a black, 4 plate electrical stove from a Ferre reseller. I thought it was a good brand.

The oven expands when it gets too hot, as a result the pans fall off from the slide in sides and whatever I'm roasting fall to the bottom of the oven

The 4 plates are not working now and I'm told it's wear and tear because I use the stove too much.

I had a defy stove for more that 20 years and the plates were replaced maybe 6 times in 20 years.the oven had never expanded from the heat.

I'm so disappointed at with the product I'm lost for words. I wouldn't recommend it to someone else.
