To all those who will be doing their Christmas and Festive season shopping,i kindly reming you to be vigilant everywhere you go.You must also be careful of the on line ****mers,South Africans have been under attack from on line ****mer,just recently one of my family members cell phone number was hacked,luckily the people who pretended to be from MTN customer care,raised some suspicion because they called late in the evening.SAPS as well as MTN customer care were notified and the matter received immediate attention.

I bought chicken from Checkers branded festive fresh chicken. I wanted to cook it it was rotten had a bad smell filled my house with flies. I called them to log a call but my call was unsuccessful as it hang up and email address on the package doesn't exist. I spent 90 buying rotten chicken which I am not happy about it. Now I had to go buy another chicken to cook for my family.

I require information about contract growers. I have 200 hectares of land that’s available to use with 3 phase electrity. I plead with anyone who’s responsible for contract growers to please contact me, I’ve been to Olifantsfontein offices but unfortunately they don’t let anyone in, I was given the managers contact details last year and early this year I found he no longer with them and they gave me another one that I’ve been constantly trying contact with no luck. Thank you.

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your security guards. On 7/03/2023, at approximately 3h45, I visited your premises (shop) and was denied entry by one of your security guards who refused to open the gate for me. Instead, he instructed me to park outside the premises. Upon returning to the gate, I overheard the same security guard telling another customer that the premises were closed. However, to my surprise, a few minutes later, he opened the gate for another customer, saying that he was doing so because he knew them. When I confronted the security guard about his discriminatory behavior, he dismissed my complaint and said that there was nothing I could do about it. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, unprofessional, and does not reflect well on your company. I would like to request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the security guard involved. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in today's society and I expect your company to adhere to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure that all of your staff, including security personnel, treat all customers equally and with respect. one of their truck driver Mr malatji (reg: Kf09nrgp) hit my vehicle and I reported this and they told me they are investigating the matter, the got back to me and said I must get a quote to fix the damages and now they are ignoring my calls, the fleet manager kobus is never available and he does not return my message or calls.

<p>It is with such petty that one have to receive such a terrible and poor CUSTOMER SERVICE as though one is not forging out their hard earned money just to buy mere x3 trays of Eggs from Olifantsfontein by both Andrew and his staff member especially the ladies at the teller and the one in the distribution department – they make one feel like they are doing you such a HUGE favour by selling you these eggs!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When you call them to check if they have stock of the eggs, you are just blatantly told that there is no stock. The funny part also is that we have realised that if you speak English to the person whom answer the phone when you are checking if they have stock you will be give the correct answer i.e. that they do have limited stock however if you speak one of the African language you get told there is no stock and when you decide to go there even though you were told by them that they don’t have stock, you surprisingly find that there is stock. And they apply the so called rule of selling the stock to the staff first and then to the public.</p> <p> </p> <p>One ask themselves as to how much eggs does their staff actually eat if they are constantly be sold the stock first before the public whom should actually be as important as their staff member and also what will happen if the public finally catch a wakeup call and dump this supplier and move to a more customer service driven supplier that can supplier the same stock without such hustle?</p> <p>My wish and prayer is for another competitive company to tap into Festive Olifantsfontein’s egg business territory and give then a run for their money maybe then they will realise how important their customers are and the very mean & rude teller ladies will catch a wakeup call and understand that without a customer there is no salary.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only good service is by the trolley guys who are so passionate about their work and understand what Customer Service means and I am always grateful to interact with them every time when I go to Festive Olifantsfontein.</p>

<p>we are a company across from festive chickens. </p> <p>when they have specials we buy . so we bought chicken that was on a special. we found out a day later it was only for staff purchases. never the less. we have chicken that can make our children sick. foodpoisoning here we come. we took it back and they refuse to replace the chicken we bought 8 boxes of 9 kg .... its alot of chicken . </p> <p>discusting of note!!!!!!!! pathetic client service..... </p>
