Digitelpro sell **** IPhone and Fevertree Finance are worse ******
Worse experience, never do finance with them
I apply a finance with them through Digital Pro where I purchased an IPhone 13 Pro Max, within 1 months after I purchased the IPhone I dropped it into water for all most 5 second. The was working after I dropped it and I then switched it off, try to dry the water off using different recommended method and left it the whole day. The day after, it was total blank, only showing a message that connect to computer restore. I took it back to Digital Pro where the diagnose it and said the motherboard IC need replacement which will cost R3500 and I gave them a go ahead to fix it. When they try to fix it they broke it further and I was told the iphone is dead and cannot be fixed. I argue with them that how come an IPhone which is water resistant for up to 30 minute can get into contact with water for all most 5 seconds and end up dead, we reach an agreement that they will buy it with R10 000 and after a day they change the agreement "saying they cannot buy a dead Iphone"
Stay away from them Digital Pro they sell tempered Iphone with **** materials. Fevertree Finance are also ****** that work with them and they don't want to hold them accountable.
My matter is with department of goods and services, and in a matter of time I will move it to my lawyer. I wanna teach them a lesson
