Refund foe my ticket/stop taking peoples money
Good day I'm really ****ed of with the service they just deducting my money 💰 wich was 690 iwas supposed to leave today but the company choose the wrong dates wich was August 2025 the customer service is really bad they just ****med iwanted my refund but there's not even a single person that bother to assist I'm gonna involved my lawyers these people they just taking people's 😑 I'm really passed of ineed get their headquarters

Shockingly bad service from 3rd world clowns and con artists -
Shockingly bad service from 3rd world clowns and con artists - non arrival of bus at 3:20pm with promises of slight delays until 7:20pm which was the later scheduled trip. So the booked earlier service was cancelled and passengers bumped to the later over full bus and no refunds offered. Later bus sub standard inner city makeshift bus with uncomfortable non reclining seats on a 17 hour trip and no toilet on board as advertised. Extra money ******ed for luggage as well. Incredibly ********* arrogant staff.

Ff Gertse **** coach company
I don't recommend anyone to use FF Gertse coach company. Its not a company its a ****. Booked a bus for cape town, departure time was 6pm. I arrived at the boarding station 15min earlier got told that the bus left. To my investigation I found out that the bus never arrived. The staff was rude when I went to enquire about a refund or change of departure since I decided to board a flight instead cause I was due to be in Cape Town the following morning. Got told to come back the following day to board the bus with the same ticket of the bus that never arrived. How can I be confident that the bus will arrive since it never pitched and we where told lies along with other boarding passengers that it arrived an left.

Worst experience ever
This is why u should read reviews before booking anything, I'm so mad, the bus is cold and the chairs are broken, no charging points, get's delayed everytime, worst experience ever. This company should be shut down. And it has no toilet, no toilet for a distance travelling bus... don't book it no matter how stranded u are, it's not worth the money.

This is why u should read reviews before booking anything, I'm so mad, the bus is cold and the chairs are broken, no charging points, get's delayed everytime, worst experience ever. This company should be shut down. And it has no toilet, no toilet for a distance travelling bus... don't book it no matter how stranded u are, it's not worth the money.

Do not book don’t be fooled by it being cheap!!!!!
The bus was scheduled to take off at 13:00 PM, no cummunication till later on at 5PM we told the bus is outside and it won’t be able to come in park station we should go outside with our luggage. Bus took of at 6. We had a pit stop right after leaving still in jozi they said 20 mins we sat in the bus for an hour so technically we left at 7 close to 8. The bus was overloaded people sitting on the floor. The operators are rude we told if you booked via compiticket you’ll board the next bus tomorrow. Bus is not cleaned very filthy.
