FF Gertse bus poor Poor service

I bought a ticket for the 27 march 2025 departure time was 20h00 and the bus did not pitch till 22h00 there was no sign of a bus since waiting my reff GF214754 and no communication till now I would like to be refunded my money coz I did not get the service I paid for please bring back my money you are ****ming people.
