Disgusting Service Delivery

I ordered and paid a deposit for their high mesh security systems in January and still have not received the products or my money money back even after requesting a refund a month ago. They have communicated with me 3 times in the last 8 months and it was always an excuse about why delivery was late but I have not had any communication in almost 2 months. This is shocking service and I am horrified that they won’t release my money and refuse to communicate with me.
