FG Glass will let you down

I am absolutely disgusted in the service we received they completely destroyed our skirting and wanted to leave it like that once the doors were installed then the doors didn’t want to work they also brought us the wrong sliding window and said oh well it’s here and installed . They fitted a window in without a frame it leaked and flooded our patio we have paid over R100k for these doors and they not even worth it the previous installation managed had told us they are liquidated and can’t continue I had to send a serious mail as we had already paid 80% eventually they came to install the man told us he was retrenched which was a lie he had been fired now I’m sitting with doors that look like I bought it at a 2nd hand shop we have saved a lot of money to build our home and to have this happen when it’s sold as world class product is absolute nonsense I cannot explain enough the frustration. I have been following up for the last 4 months for them to come fix the window they tried to install which wasn’t even framed properly it looks terrible
