Worst service ever! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!’nn
DO NOT! Do not use FG Telcoms! You will pay for service and you WILL NOT GET IT! I have never ever left a review but this company pushes a person the limits! Do not fall for NICK! Nick is not who he pretends to be when he does his initial visit to get a contract out of you! After that you can expect the most horrific service I have ever received, I have never done a google review but this calls for as many as I can possibly make public. You will not get service! You will not get answers! You will NOT get what you paid for! DO NOT USE FG TELECOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!! The good reviews you see are left by nick himself, he will take your phone before he leaves with your contract and ask you to log into google and then leave himself his own review! DONT DO IT!!!!

Not Trustworthy organization, ***ard Director
I agreed with Director Mr Nick Glaeser to allow FG Telecoms to use my private property a repeater site to get his client internet, he promised to pay my internet bill 100% every 3 months instead of rent to mount his Equipment on the house. This was the worst decision I've made , he does not answer calls , messages or emails . Ignores me completely and avoids payment, I've had to pay out of pocket for and upgraded link which I can barely afford . He is a complete ***ard and ***** and not worth trusting.

BEFORE YOU SIGN
Before you sign - speak to an ''actual'' client. I have had hundreds of issues in the same timeframe as the 3 from my home service provider. If I could get out of the contract I would. It is killing our business and we are at the mercy of another newbie that wants me to calm down.

Bad service
The worst company to deal with the internet doesn’t work the phones keep going down you only see the owner Nick when he wants to sign you up and after that he will never take your calls or respond to your messages,we are cancelling our contract and going elsewhere.

Bad Service,,,
On the 20-06-20 I bought a bottle of Black Saffron 100ml,at FGperfumes Kenilworth Access Park. Cape Town,, The perfume/bottle was leaking from the spray top. I took it back to the shop and they did not want to refund me my money or give me a new bottle,, instead they opened the leaking bottle with pliers/tang and refilled the perfume in new two 25ml's bottle and then diluted the perfume,,, I'm based in Mafikeng went to Cape Town for a holiday and in all the shops visited FG Perfumes Access Park Kenilworth gave the worst service,,
