On the 20-06-20 I bought a bottle of Black Saffron 100ml,at FGperfumes Kenilworth Access Park. Cape Town,, The perfume/bottle was leaking from the spray top. I took it back to the shop and they did not want to refund me my money or give me a new bottle,, instead they opened the leaking bottle with pliers/tang and refilled the perfume in new two 25ml's bottle and then diluted the perfume,,, I'm based in Mafikeng went to Cape Town for a holiday and in all the shops visited FG Perfumes Access Park Kenilworth gave the worst service,,
Bad Service,,I reported this problem to 4 people with no assistance,Your equipment is not working, and you want to charge me for the call out fee on your faulty equipment and service.
The staff at Herotel, Racially Profiling,incredibly rude, and condescending...They charged me for an instruction given to me by their Drunk consultant...with dogs barking at the background, during the call...and still after all that it still didn't work ..
You give BAD SERVICE,,I have been your client for over ten years,,I don't own,,I made a SWIMSWAP at one of your MTN branches in Megacity Mmabatho ,,& understand me I'm not complaining about the service,I'm complaining about you the company whom we pay our money to .You switched my phone off and I don't own you nothing,,, I tried calling your 135-136 RUBBISH NO HELP. NO AGENTS
I lost my first smart shopper card, and I didn't redeem my points from the first card,got another and try to register I can't, it. Says profile already in existence,now the points have expired,,and I can't redeem the second smart shopper points,, tried calling the help line,,NO help,,tried the online registration,NO Help,,,what's app, I waited for 4hours 30min. Only To be told there are no agents available for, 3days I tried...nothing...
I have been using the telling Number for my business, Loaded airtime yesterday,,,around 15:30 No Problem...I even made few calls, Today the phone is on and the network bar is full bit my phone is on voicemail and I can't make any calls..I'm losing business....
I just bought the Telkom promotional 2 day data for R14.90, convert to 2 gigs of data for my son,, but to my surprise it's not working ,, the call center agents where just not help full at all, because I still can't connect to internet and the it expires tomorrow....
This morning i recharged my Phone with R20.00 airtime worst part my prepaid number doesn't use data and I am not subscribed to any services so why keep taking my airtime? i made only 4 calls which where less than 2min and 1 of those calls to Cell C did not go through even to voice mail, I tried calling 1 of your agents, RUDE as always and she said I'm trying to be sarcastic,when i asked her why was money disappearing from my account.<br> Whatever happened to being the service provider that supplies transparency and fare billing to your clients? May someone please investigate and contact me due to this has been happening since March.
