Unfortunately cannot rate them a Zero. The worst service I have ever seen in my life. If the internet is not offline you do not get the speed you are paying for. Unfortunate also the only fibre provider in Sabie. Thus if you want internet think ten times before signing up with them.

USELESS!!!! Do not use them as a Internet provider. Always buffering, no network. Need to phone the support centre atleast 6 times a week. And the support team is also clueless. Please do not waste your money or patients on herotel.

My WiFi has been down for 3 days now and when you call herotel you don’t even get a consultant to help you, automated machine tells you “we aware of the problem and our team is working hard to fix it, goodbye”. Awful service provider and hardly ever performs well

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN HEROTEL I have been struggling with them for the past few months i had a 100mbps line which I upgraded to a 200mb they have been struggling to fix my line and nun of their tech department knew how to fix it and the amount of packet loss I receive during 6pm until 11pm is ridicules and again they don't know how to fix it and if you ask for a manager they don't dare to interact with customers they are clueless as well if it wasn't for herotels field team they would be out of business cause they actually know how to do their jobs IF YOU ARE A GAMER PLEASE DONT JOIN HEROTEL you will sit with a headache cause non of them know how to fix a issue they only know how to speed test I promise you I

I signed up for wifi and my instalation date was indicated for 9 Feb 2026 (HLHER130). To date I have not yet received any implementation. I have unfortunately already cancelled my service with the previous provider. Wayne who sold me the service is not responding. Wilma at the "Scheduling department" advised that they do not have stock, but that they will check if they can not obtain a loan unit from another branch. I am still waiting to hear when stock will arrive. The website also does not give tel nr's for escalation, and the what'sapp service keeps saying " wait for an agent..." This has been going on for days and I am extremely frustrated as there does not seem to be an escalation mechanism.

Really bad experience, they don't contact you back, it's been week. They have all my personal information and just left with no reply. I tried calling for a week now, no answer and when I whatsapp nothing. The last message was that they would send someone out, it's over a week and I heard nothing back.

I was waiting technician yesterday to fix the internet connection after making several calls with no response and I went to branch to lodge complaint and it’s not yet resolve and what is next to escalate the complaint further.
