This service has become incredibly frustrating. We signed up and pay for a 50 Meg line, but performance is nowhere close to what we should be receiving. The internet disconnects around 3 times every hour and it has become impossible to work productively. Complaints and tickets are logged repeatedly with no meaningful feedback. Even more concerning is the condition of the infrastructure. Fibre lines are lying exposed and damaged for days and weeks with no sign of repair teams. Clients are paying customers and should not have to beg for stable internet service.
I am so impressed with the professional service O got from the team at RXME and the way they treat the patients from Dr Smook and Partners. They really go the extra mile when it comes to patient care and are always just a phone call away when I need assistance. Keep it up and thank you for playing such an important part in my weightloss journey.
