Best practice manager and dokter support ever
I want to sincerely thank RXMe for changing my life. With their guidance and support, I have lost 108 kg. That’s not a typo – 108 kg. I cannot recommend Dr Smook and Partners, managed by RXMe, highly enough. They are truly the best in the business. From day one, I experienced unconditional care and genuine compassion from every single person in the practice. The entire medical team the doctors and nurses have incredible patience and always take the time to provide thorough guidance and support whenever it’s needed. No question ever feels too small, and you are always treated with dignity and respect. They genuinely care about each and every patient, and it shows in the way they work and follow up. Thanks to their dedication and professional guidance, I was able to lose 89kg in just 54 weeks something that would not have been possible without their unwavering support. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for every person there. If you are looking for a medical team that truly puts patients first, Dr Smook and Partners managed by RXMe is simply outstanding.

RxMe the best of the best
Rxme life saver on my 2 new beginnings journey Dr Smook and partners managed by RxMe are the best of the best doctors in the field on weight loss. With them up to date I have lost 77kg. Patient care are a priority from doing everything on the correct way. Support throughout my journey and advice was NR 1 for them. The zoom sessions that they having regular with the dietician is so helpful on my journey and it good to know that I was not alone on my journey and that I have got the best of the best doctors practice behind me. RxMe keep up doing what you are doing in your field of weight loss you are simply the best.

RxMe the best of the best
Rxme life saver on my 2 new beginnings journey Dr Smook and partners managed by RxMe are the best of the best doctors in the field on weight loss. With them up to date I have lost 77kg. Patient care are a priority from doing everything on the correct way. Support throughout my journey and advice was NR 1 for them. The zoom sessions that they having regular with the dietician is so helpful on my journey and it good to know that I was not alone on my journey and that I have got the best of the best doctors practice behind me. RxMe keep up doing what you are doing in your field of weight loss you are simply the best.

RXME saved my life.
For the last past 18 Months I have been on a wellness reset journey with the professional help and support of the doctors managed by the RXME Practice. Not only have I lost 55kg in this period, but with the careful monitoring and constant check in, I stopped using my chronic blood pressure and sugar medicine. Not only is the doctors professional, but constantly there is availability of a psychologist as well as a biokineticist, that supports you all the way with exercise plans and support. And if the eating plans is a problem, there is a wonderful dietitian all the way with you on the journey. Weight loss and getting your life better and back is a journey with them and you become a family. There is no better.

RXME saved my life.

Dr. Smook and Partners managed by RXME saved my life
I am a patient at Dr. Smook and Partners managed by RXME. Excellent service with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, dieticians, nurses... I started my journey on 298kg and loss 184kg in tha last 16 months... They have saved my life and given me back hope for the future... I had the best support from them whenever I needed some help or advice... This medical team has always treated me with the most respect and mad sure that my health was placed first

DO YOURSELF THE FAVOUR AND CHECK THE “POSITIVE” REVIEWS — ALL POSTED ON THE SAME DAY, ONLY SECONDS OR MINUTES APART.
I have asked the RXME Group multiple times over the last three months to provide their documentation, licensing numbers, and proof that their products are compliant with South African regulations. To date, I have received no proof. Communication is extremely poor. Dr Tommie repeatedly promises to phone, WhatsApp or follow up — and then disappears for weeks. The moment I ask anything “difficult” or request formal proof, I am ignored again. This pattern has repeated itself with more than one doctor within their group. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Doctors are supposed to have an ethical obligation to their patients — if these are in fact legitimate, registered doctors. I am still waiting for clear evidence that the “medicine” being provided is approved by SAHPRA, as required for any product of this nature. Until RXME can provide transparent documentation, registration numbers, and regulatory proof, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

No Support and unsuccessful product
I had a very negative experience with this product and company. Unfortunately, the RXME injection did not work for me, despite the high cost. I experienced several side effects, including nausea, blurred vision, and feeling light-headed, but saw no weight loss. When I reached out for support, I did not receive the help I expected. My concerns were not addressed professionally, and I felt dismissed and mistreated. Communication was not respectful, and I encountered behavior that I believe was inappropriate for a customer service setting. It also seems that more attention is given to high-profile individuals who can promote the product, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
