I app**** for home wifi to be installed, I made the application on the 9th, a confirmation was made that they will come on 16th, they did not come, called them they said I must give them an hour they are finishing up somewhere, that was around 10 am, only around 15H30 when I call again to ask where they are, I was told they will come today as it is Sunday, no pitch still when I call them their lines are off, this has inconvenienced me because am supposed to be working and I did explain that when I went to apply and I was told it would be done within an hour but am here with no internet coverage and no response what so ever from them.
