Finance 27 bad customer service received

Terrible service offered as for the consultant I am emailing with oh no she doesn't have an idea what i was explaining.

I am frustrated by the level of comprehension this lady has in her position as a consultant and don't attempt to.make a call to the office simply just no one answers the calls. Maybe they don't exist.
