Terrible service offered as for the consultant I am emailing with oh no she doesn't have an idea what i was explaining. I am frustrated by the level of comprehension this lady has in her position as a consultant and don't attempt to.make a call to the office simply just no one answers the calls. Maybe they don't exist.
As a customer of boodle loans. I have to say this the customer service has gone down, their smile rank is a no smile rank. The sales team have become so.lax in their work, they don't even attempt to assist. It's no more a pleasure doing any credit with boodle as they point blank have become lax in their work and what gets blamed the system which they work with, if a customer mattered they would go that extra mile however they don't do that anymore.
As an existing client of Boodle i found the service offered from the service consultants as well as the sales team has gone bad, I have requested many times for a consultant to contact me from the sales department, as for the customer support team they have become rude and not assisting a customer.
Ordered from Steers CBD Branch in Newcastle kwazulu natal, quality of food was bad, logged a complaint on the Steers app as well as sent an email. Manager sphe called me and insulted me by saying unfortunately they can't offer me a free meal what did he think I was attempting to get a free meal, well that is it I will not support Steers, Debonairs or Fish aways again, in fact I will delete the apps from my phone. Such **** service received and is a rude person in a management position. Maybe the franchise owner needs to be re-evaluated considering the kind of staff they have. Also Sphe said I should have brought the meal back to the store yet it was a delivery
Obviously Discovery bank's credit department are misinformed. I app**** for a loan facility and they send the a decline letter cause they haven't got the correct information, I have uploaded bank statements as proof of income yet still they haven't got it correct, consultants call and are clueless on what I explain to them. I do apologize for this but Discovery bank isn't all it makes itself to be. Worst company to exist
I went to exchange to items of clothing( 21/6/2025) ar the pnp clothing at Amajuba Mall Newcastle. The lady that I presume is the manager/supervisor is quiet a rude person, yes I know it's a little impossible to find clothes for a person who is on the bigger side( my son bought us gifts not realizing the size tshirt wouldn't fit my brother) however we went in to go exchange or possibly get a refund). The lady was quiet rude when she said to us she doesn't have cash on hand to do the refund, we should come back around 13h00pm, she then said why don't you put the amount on a gift card as you can use this refund for either clothing or as she emphasized groceries. She made my brother feel so insulted, this is also not the first encounter we have experienced with this lady where she has being rude. If she really wanted to assist the customer then she would of, you want to tell me a store hasn't got a cash float on hand to refund a client.( it wasn't even that much, the amount was under 500). Such attitudes from store staff are the reason why stores start losing customers, in this current time as it is Pick n pay are already closing their doors and becoming unpopular amount the public.
This is meant straight for the so called 'clever' accounts department at TRUWORTHS head office. A client makes a payment on the 19 April 2025, the so called accounts department at truworths can't allocate a payment lol. Then a client makes another payment on the 29 April 2025. On both occasions PROOF OF PAYMENTS SENT""""" GET A EMAIL EXPLAINING THEY CANT READ THE PROOF OF PAYMENTS!!!!!! I HAVE WASTED TIME SENDING THE EMAILS, CALLS ECT TO PROVE I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT!!!!! I STILL GET THREATNING EMAILS, SMSES ECT FROM TRUWORTHS I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL STEPS AGAINST TRUWORTHS NOW... I GIVE THEM 1 hour to rectify this issue
Truworths accounts department have no knowledge on how to read a bank statement, a customer makes a payment into the Truworths standard bank account using the client's Truworths account number yet the staff in the accounts department aren't able to read bank statements, so in turn the client gets harassed with unnecessary phone calls, smses saying the account isn't paid and overdue, I sometimes wonder what these A class staff members are paid for, to sit behind desks and not work. Truworths staff seriously need training, and as for the computer system must be from the era of non existence. I trust no accounts department consultant will call me to verify this review cause they don't have the knowledge on how to dial a number to apologize for the inconvenience they are causing. Noting this isn't the first time the accounts department haven't being able to pick up a payment even though there is a proof of payment being emailed from the customer.
Well Pick'n Pay Hutten heights in Newcastle has done it again, according to an advert you can buy 3 tins of condensed milk,ideal milk or caramel treat( Nestlé products), when a customer gets to the cashier, they over charged, the supervisor argues with the customer that it's not like that even though there is a advert on the shelf advertising the special. The supervising and management staff at the said branch are always rude towards customers, I myself won't enter their store due to the attitudes of the management and supervisors. This incident was reported on Facebook by a close friend. She is so disgusted in the way the situation was handled, that I decided to put a review on this platform hopefully someone from Pick n pay will see this and rectify the error from the store's side. This is the kind of service that causes customers to avoid stores like Pick n Pay, reminder many Pick n pay stores have closed their doors, does Pick n Pay Hutten heights Newcastle want to be the next one.
Upon entering the Sportscene store at the Newcastle Mall, to do shopping, yes we all know that music attracts clients, but heck man is it necessary for a store to have music so loud that it sounds like a tavern, to a point that the shop assistants can't hear you when you speak to them, out of courtesy for a clients I would think they would turn the music down to a suitable volume, I asked 3 shop assistants to please turn the volume down, I even asked to see the manger apparently that was on lunch, still the store assistants could have actually be bothered to turn down the volume, one guy actually asked me( he had a beard) why I was angry and shouting at the store assistants, in my opinion the store was rude, I lost it and threw my merchandise at the store assistant. Such behavior from a store is unacceptable, I will not ever support a Sport Scene store ever again, I won't even bother entering a Sport scene store again. Store assistants and manager have caused that a client wouldn't shop in any of the stores again. The behavior is disgusting.
