Boodle bad service
As a customer of boodle loans. I have to say this the customer service has gone down, their smile rank is a no smile rank. The sales team have become so.lax in their work, they don't even attempt to assist. It's no more a pleasure doing any credit with boodle as they point blank have become lax in their work and what gets blamed the system which they work with, if a customer mattered they would go that extra mile however they don't do that anymore.

Boodle bad service

Wow, blown away!!
The service is incredible!!! The courier lightning fast! I am blown away. I bought a heavy, huge heatpress with lots of different platens, everything was packed so extremely well, nothing would have budged!! S****-a-doodles will definately be my first go to for anything I need for my business. Wow, just wow!!!

Wow, blown away!!
The service is incredible!!! The courier lightning fast! I am blown away. I bought a heavy, huge heatpress with lots of different platens, everything was packed so extremely well, nothing would have budged!! S****-a-doodles will definately be my first go to for anything I need for my business. Wow, just wow!!!

Misleading advertising and poor business ethic - DOODLES-CAFE
<p>Not super impressed with this online store so far.</p> <p>A friend ordered items for her and I that were all in stock (especially, so that we wouldnt have to wait) and now there is a big delay on the order due to items being out of stock, I am talking *many *weeks of delay, not a few days. The attitude is 'Do you still want the order?'</p> <p>I have shopped at other stores and when they messed up like this, they would send the items in batches at their own expense. The order is not small by any means. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers, in my experience so far.</p> <p>I tried to post the above complaint to their facebook page and I see that they 'review' all posts before allowing them to be submitted. This seems somewhat deceitful, since I cannot now tell if this is a common business practice of theirs.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Bad service and attitude
I went to Scrap a doodle to buy vinyl for my t-shirts.I asked the lady which vinyl was for t-shirts as I'm going to use a heat presser.<br> She showed me which one's to buy as it was the first time I was buying from them.<br> I just found out that it was the wrong material.I called the store only to tell me that they cannot take it back if it has been opened.Mind you that the vinyl does not have instructions.the vinyl they gave me was for signage.<br> <br> Instead of apologizing for their mistake.They vouch that the lady would never give me the wrong thing and they will not be replacing or repaying me back.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
Shopping at the Scrap-a-doodles online store is always a pleasure. My orders are ALWAYS processed immediately and quickly dispatched. My last order was place just before noon yesterday and was delivered to me before 8am this morning (in Cape Town!!) - just 20 straight hours later!! My advise to anyone contemplating a purchase? GO FOR IT - you will not be sorry!
