I just love the foil stickers I buy from them, and if they don't have what you've ordered, they phone and ask what you want to do. It's really a pleasure doing business with them.
I've been ordering my magnetic tape from them for a couple of months now, and they sell a good product and have very good service. Thank you Claudette, you go above and beyond for your clients.
If I could rate negative, I would! Got a sms yesterday morning the 25th of September stating that my parcle would be delivered yesterday. Sat in my flat the whole day, waiting for the parcel. Nothing happened, no communication, nothing! This morning (26 Sept) I message on Whatsapp to hear where is my parcel, I have places to be, stuff to do, can not sit and wait again the whole day, after about half an hour, I got a message back: "PLEASE EXPECT DELIVERY TOMORROW, COURIER GUY WILL PHONE BEFORE DELIVERY" . If there is a problem, can't you inform your clients on the day or first thing the next day? If I did not query my parcel, when would you have contacted me to say it will only be delivered now on Friday the 27th of Sept??
Ordered a few items during the past couple of years from them, never had a problem, keep on with the good service, don't disappoint me now!
Been using PayFast for a while now, and I never had any problems, fast, convenient, no mess, no fuss.
I placed an order on the 10th of May for masks, after I made the order, I came and checked what other people say about the company. I was disheartened when I read some of the reviews, but today, 23 May, I got my masks. Thank you Fruugo, you kept me up to date with the shipment and I'm impressed.
Why is Absa Newcastle (both branches) so slow? I needed a new bank card as mine has expired, took me 2 hours at Absa to get a new card, other banks in Newcastle are so much more efficient, took me less than 5 minutes to get a new bank card at another bank. If I could I would totally switch over to the other bank, but unfortunately I get a Government Pension that goes into my Absa account, tried several times to change it, but alas, after years I still have to keep my Absa account.
