I ordered it on Friday and received it on Wednesday
I ordered it on Friday and received it on Wednesday. They sent me the invoice and proof that it was handed over to Courier Guy. The service was excellent.

Michelle was the contact person and I can only say her service was 100percent
Michelle was the contact person and I can only say her service was 100percent. She really lent over backwards, especially with the poor service from GEMS. I regularly received feedback on the progress of my order. Thank you very much. Whatever the company pays, it us way too little.

Berien's staff earned a 5-star rating. I mistakenly ordered the wrong product online, which was marked as non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Despite my initial expectation of a lackluster response, Berien's WhatsApp support provided friendly and top-class service. Since the unopened product was sealed, the consultant offered to exchange it hassle-free through a courier. She maintained communication throughout the process and went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I will certainly order from Berien in the future! Thanks so much for the effort you went to!
