I bought 2 packet of sour g**** fizzers for a fried of me. When the packet arrived the fizzers was apple and strawberry which she don't eat. Takelot took it back but only refunded me for one of the packets. When I check on my account it reflects as closed. I'm not sure how they closed the query with out reimbursing me. I buy a lot at Takelot and this is the first time some like this happened. I am very disappointed with this matter.
I ordered it on Friday and received it on Wednesday. They sent me the invoice and proof that it was handed over to Courier Guy. The service was excellent.
I had to sent a package to New Zealand. Although it souns unbelievable the Post office was always the cheapest and quickest. However they no longer fly that route. I looked for alternative couriers and Ram sounded the best with the best price. Ultimately DHL would deliver the package overseas. They stated that the time will be at the modt a week to hand over to DHL. In the end it took about a week just for them to collect the package znd a further 3 weeks to hand it over to DHL. Their service is really bad.
I use PayFast to pay a few creditors. Although you have to give permission through you bank app that they can connect with your accounts and then choose which account to deduct I know my information is very secure and that they don't keep records as you have to do the next payment in the same.
I bought books from Karibaa on 20/9/21 for an amount of R277.00 and then they send me the information where the money should be paid in which is Bank Name: Standard Bank Account Name: Musika Online Shopping PTY LTD. Branch: RIVONIA Branch Code: 051001 Account Number: 422067466 Due to the name of the account where the amount had to be paid into I didn't have a problem. Looking back it was definitely a red flag. I was informed that I will receive my order during the week of 15 October. Nothing has arrived. Even worse they do not answer any emails and no telephone is working. If you go to look up their address and click on the pin button the addresses are all in Canada. I know there are a great number of people who lost more money than me but something must be done. This company is making a lot of money scamming people and will keep on doing it. I am of the opinion that cases should be opened against this company that is using different bank accounts and different bank account names to stop this. Should anyone know about how to go to get the banks to help please advise me.
I have been going to this service station since 2007. I live not to far from it and even though there are service stations nearer to me I will keep going there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and should there be something wrong they will fix it. If you're wheel is a lot flatter than the other they will check for a puncture and fix it if any. It's really a joy going there and I will recommend this Engen Station to anyone.
FedEx Port Elizabeth needed to come and fetch a package from me at my work address however the office was closed due to a positive covid matter and had to be decontaminated. They phoned me and were kind enough to fetch the package at my house. The next day I had to receive another package and again at my work address. The driver came directly to my house to deliver the package. I've never dealt with FedEx before but I will definitely recommend it. They went out of their way to ensure that I was assisted.
I went to see Aneesah yesterday after more than a year. She is one of the kindest people I've met and she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you are in need of a podiatrist I will recommend her with ease.
I have been washing my clothes at Xpress Laundry for a year if the lockdown is subtracted. They are always friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. I recommend this place to anyone.
I have been assisted by Nico le Roux of Old Mutual in Walmer Port Elizabeth and the service and help I receive is exceptional. Any request I make with regards to information about my policies he will go out of his way to get that information. He is also well informed and I have no problem in following his advice.
