I tried to contact Telkom Mobile in connection with our contract , the no 081180 disconnect immediately, the chat is disconnected before 1 reply from me and sending an email doesn't work either! We signed a contract for 20GB day and night, but apparently just got a 5GB day and night.
<p>My husbands phone was in for repairs twice. The first time we had to wait for 2 weeks without a loan phone and when the phone came back the problem was still there and the screen was chipped. The second time we went to Vodaworld and waited 2 days without a loan phone and when we got it back still the same problem!!!!! We contacted them and was promised a call within 72 hours. Over 96 hours later we send an email again and was promised reaction within 24 hours. 48 hours later still nothing!!!! The phone is still under guarantee, why can't they just replace it?</p>
