Unresolved Connection Issue

I bought a 30 days family voucher valid for 30 day which connects 5 devices. Only device is connecting, the rest are connected without internet. The consultants are helping at all and they refused to send out a technician and also refused to refund my R235. This has to be the worst service ever 😡
