Feedback on my previous review, it's being two weeks, and still no phone call to deal with my fibre line transfer. I am still waiting to be contacted by Cell C Fibre Admin with no luck. I was contacted by sm@cellc.co.za and that is where it stopped. They claim that they cant get hold of me, but I did not received any so called phone calls. I even submitted screen shots of my receiving and outgoing calls to show them that I have not received any calls from Cell C Fibre Admin. I dont know what to do. If I don't get called by Friday 17 March 2023 the latest, then I will cancel my contract with Cell C Fibre and I will join another IP company that can assist me.
