Cell C fibre to home becomes non response and does not honour it's deals. Ordered on my fibre profile a deal with no strings attached and now they implementing full costing to packages. After getting a reference and complaining they now reduced the fee for 3 months and then full costing after 3 months. But that was was not the deal or offer accepted.even despite calling,the allocated agent does not take the call. They closed the call and sent an email. I resent them the screenshot of the deal and confirmed to them on their deal that this was different to the one they offered on black Friday. When I did the online deal and had to input credit card details,the mail after vetting was successful and accepted,but the billing is still reflecting the pre deal cost pm and now 3 months discounts. Ridiculous and no way of internal escalation.

Feedback on my previous review, it's being two weeks, and still no phone call to deal with my fibre line transfer. I am still waiting to be contacted by Cell C Fibre Admin with no luck. I was contacted by sm@cellc.co.za and that is where it stopped. They claim that they cant get hold of me, but I did not received any so called phone calls. I even submitted screen shots of my receiving and outgoing calls to show them that I have not received any calls from Cell C Fibre Admin. I dont know what to do. If I don't get called by Friday 17 March 2023 the latest, then I will cancel my contract with Cell C Fibre and I will join another IP company that can assist me.

Worse support service ever!....... I just need to cancel my service with cell c fibre for 3 weeks..... Zodwa Sloane team leader told me last week it would take 48hrs to be cancel, it's been over day 7 days..... I can't believe no body can assist...... I am done spending money on airtime to call Cell C or Data to keep sending them emails with no response or reply WOW..... Disappointed in myself trying to do business with such a company....

Our fibre connectivity stopped working on Thursday 31st March.Reported the outage to FibreC by email. Received a reference number with a comment a I would be contacted regarding this by an agent by phone. Despite our emailing a number to follow ups to see what was the situation no response. Followed up this morning with a very strong email complaint about their lack of customer service. Subsequently an agent phone me and I was informed that the service had been cancelled. No reason was given . It is paid monthly by debit order from an account with more than enough funds. We use this connection for business purposes. What pathetic customer service....let's see if they reinstate the connection??

My contract with Cell C Fibre terminates in September of this year. I phoned Cell C customer care and told the agent that I would not be renewing my contract. Several email communications have been sent to Cell C customer Care and Fibre Support and I have been told that I cannot get through to the back office as they do not take calls. The agent assures me telephonically that I will receive an email to confirm that I will not be renewing my contract, however, it never arrives. Yesterday, I took a photo of the landline that I was using as I was put on hold for over 10 minutes before the agent came back to me. Usually, you have the rate the call, but in this instance, I was not asked if I would like to rate the service. Since Monday 2pm no connectivity and today is Wednesday with no resolve from the team at Cell C Fibre.Numerous phone calls me chasing Cell C Fibre team, with zero proactive communication or intentions to lead with a client centric attitude.I have been abandoned by a business that professes to be customer focused.Frontline junior team members in a call centre are left disempowered due to not having solutions at their disposal but mere administrative protocol to follow.Team leaders are pushed to the front of the line to deal with us because management & leadership start at 10am or are JUST NOT AVAILABLE AND ACCESSIBLE.Typical corporate mentality with outdated leadership mindsets - Cell C will take our money and ensure at every opportunity to make it near impossible to resolve our issues/concerns.This is the mantra that CELL C has at the forefront of their values and Vision.I find myself abandoned, with no fibre connectivity on this Wednesday afternoon.it was just 2 weeks ago that I experienced the same issue at 1 of the 2 locations atet I have Cell C as my Fibre Service provider and 2 weeks later find myself with the same issue at the 2nd Location.My only resolve is to terminate my relationship with Cell C.I am empowered with choice and will exercise this. I have ZERO confidence in Cell C as a business as the leaders lack a value system and ethos that is focused on delivering to me as a client.

I cancelled my fibre from C Fibre and then after receiving confirmation that it will be cancelled end of November 2020, requested that this request for the cancellation must be cancelled. After numerous e-mails send to request that the request for cancellation be cancelled, no one answered be that action will be taken. So, assuming that they do not want my business, I signed up with MWEB and I informed C-Fibre again numerous times that I am no londer interested in their product, they decided that now they are going to cancel my request for cancellation. Again, numerous e-mails and telephone calls later I could not get hold of any one

Dear Cell C Fibre, thanks for stealing money out of my bank account during the emergency COVID-9 Lockdown, knowing that I am unable to anything about the situation. You will be held accountable for theft which is a criminal act. I have all the evidence to back my accusation. There will be a end to the lockdown at some stage and I will take you on.
