Visited Makro Woodmead last Monday (4/8). Bought a Defy fridge Freezer . Salesman Preggoe Pillay .. He said he needed to check stock and verified it was available.I asked when they could deliver ,he rep**** tomorrow,? I said can you deliver on Friday 8th August ,he said no problem someone will phone and confirm Paid cash and also psid for an extended warrantee. It's now Friday at 16.42 ...no contact has been made and no delivery. Sent 4 emails to customer call centre. No response other than a ref number. Phone twice left hanging on both times no response. This is the second time in two months I've had this issue. Customer service non existent once they have you money and don't expect and salesman promises of delivery to be honoured.
Use them at you peril. Goods are shipped via the SA Post Office so your chances of seeing them via the SA Post office is virtually zero. We all know how dishonest and useless the SA Post Office is ! Someone should tell aliexpress that our SA Post office is very close to forced liquidation

This was for her birthday late October. I opened the package today to install. Unfortunately you supp**** two windshields for the front passenger window instead of one plus one for the drivers window . Please can you correct your delivery mistake ASAP. Opened a shrink wrapped 6 pack of 340ml cans ..one can was sealed but empty. Laid a complaint with SAB on 2nd June... received an acknowledge via Facebook messenger saying it would be acknowledged.....since then no follow up.... despite querying again .it's now 20th June. So much for customer complaint responses...I guess it's only money to them.
Cancelled the service,over 3 years old ,as my car was sold in March 2022,paid April as notice period. Debited May 2023 which the bank reversed ,advised them by email again that the car was sold in march. Constantly badgering me to pay the reversed debit and debited my account again today 14th May.
Our fibre connectivity stopped working on Thursday 31st March.Reported the outage to FibreC by email. Received a reference number with a comment a I would be contacted regarding this by an agent by phone. Despite our emailing a number to follow ups to see what was the situation no response. Followed up this morning with a very strong email complaint about their lack of customer service. Subsequently an agent phone me and I was informed that the service had been cancelled. No reason was given . It is paid monthly by debit order from an account with more than enough funds. We use this connection for business purposes. What pathetic customer service....let's see if they reinstate the connection??
Our company bought a Samsung S20FE in November 2020. We had endless problems with connectivity with our service provider Telkom. Returned the cellphone in October 2021 to Ralph at their office in Sandton Towers with reasons , for warrentee repair/ replacement. Despite a number of phonecalls and WhatsApp messages with them and lots of unkept promises we still do not have the phone we paid for. Transcripts of all communications are available if anyone wishes to confirm the above. David ,Operations Director.
Purchased a Samsung S20FE cellphone from them in 2020. Had constant issues with inability to connect to my service provider (Telkom). Apparently the IMEA number of this phone was blocked by MTM no reasons given. I returned the cellphone in October 2021 to Future Telecoms in Sandton City Towers to resolve,repair or refund,accepted by Ralph. Despite many emails ,phone calls, and Whatsapp messages to Azam Mohammed ...I received lots of promises together with threats to take my review down... BUT no action on my phone to date . I have copies of all communications to Future Telecoms if anyone ,including hellopeter would like proof. Deal with Future Telecoms at Your own risk!
As per previous reviews still no response other than unfulfilled promises from Ralph and then Azi (Azam Madni) from Future Telecoms regarding my Samsung S20FE which was returned to them to sort out as a service provider (MTM.... I'm with Telkom) apparently blocked the phone (phone IMEA numbers are only blocked usually if the phone was originally lost or stolen...no explanation from Azi regarding this ??? They have had my phone since last October (2021, its now February 2022 )and other than unfulfilled promises from both Ralph and Azi and a number of ignored emails no phone or refund to date.....they are totally untrustworthy. Question where do the phone originate from if they sell them and they are blocked from another service provider???
Don't deal with them ,they scam clients. Bought a Samsung cellphone from them. Had problems with signal connection.Returned phone under warentee for repair or replacement. After 4 months cannot get them to return or replace the problem phone....lots of lies excuses or failure to respond.....TAKE CARE you could lose your money.
