Double check your product from Future Telecoms
I too have bought a Samsung A32 from this company and had excellent delivery of the phone. I used it and was happy, however when I went to France I discovered that the dual sim phone I ordered was never a dual but single sim phone. Very unhappy as the product does not match the product I received. I have written them a mail and have received no response as yet. Seeing all the comments on Hello Peter and the fact that I cannot access the website thinks I was scammed.

Double check your product from Future Telecoms
I too have bought a Samsung A32 from this company and had excellent delivery of the phone. I used it and was happy, however when I went to France I discovered that the dual sim phone I ordered was never a dual but single sim phone. FUTURE TELECOMS - FRAUDULENT BUSINESS
Got an iPhone 13 from this FRAUDULANT business FUTURE TELECOMS in March 22. In Sep 22 I started having problem connecting to the various cell networks. Took my phone to iStore for testing just to find out the IMEI was blocked as the phone was acquired on a Telkom contract which was defaulted on thus the blacklisting. The Modus operandi is very simple. Someone takes a cell phone contact, get the phone, never opens the box, sells it to FRAUDULENT COMPANIES like FUTURE TELECOMS who in return sells to you and give you an invoice that never matches the good delivered. Soon or later the phone will be blocked and is no way out of it as you cannot proof that we bought legally as you do not have an invoice with the correct information linked to your phone. FUTURE TELECOMS IS FRAUD

Worst online experience ever.
In my opinion, Future Telecoms cannot be trusted. I have ordered and paid for a phone. It is now 7 months and 200+ days later and still no phone - even the empty promises that I got used to has stopped. Learn from my experience. Do not support or trust this company as you might end up like me.

EMPTY PROMISES
Terrible experience. I feel robbed. I ordered AND paid the full amount for a Samsung S21 Ultra on 6 April 2022, order #763. I have received only EMPTY PROMISES. It is now 7 months later and still NO phone, NO refund and now also NO TRUST in this company. STAY AWAY.

I have shared my experience with Future Telecoms on Hello Peter earlier this year after waiting for my phone to be delivered for more than 90 days. Today is day 201 and I am still waiting. Don’t throw your money away. Stay clear of this company. Learn from my mistake.

This company is not legit i paid R13999. 00 for Mate 40 pro on 28th of july more than 80 days ago and at first when i call that guy called Azam mudni he kept giving me empty promises saying we'll send you waybill and get your device this week while lying , now when i call he don't answer my call sometimes hang up my call. If u get chance to read this dont waste your money and tome to this Future Telecom company is a scam but he'll get what he deserve onday. They advertise things they dont have just to fool you n take you for a ride.
