I will be coming here every week until I get my money back......When covered Hit March 2020 we the members were told keep paying you will get your money back after your contract expires..... That was a blatant lie to all members..... They want to give 6 months free and at the same time they closed down the JHB Xavier branch without letting members know......THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS IN JHB WINCHESTER GYM COMPANY SPOKE TO THE MD WOW SHE SAID THAT SHE CANT GIVE ME HER EMPLOYEE DETAILS.. .... PLEASE DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS GROUP OF THIEVES THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER OPTIONS THAT WILL NOT ROBBED YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH....!!!!!
When lockdown hit the gym it was closed for 6 months and My account was debited so 6 debits R1200.....and we all we advised that...... You can get your money back or they can add on the extra 6 months after your contract ended........ I spoke to Jemina Moloi she kept transferring me to her manager which went to voice mail.... She started hanging up my calls but I didn't stop calling she answer eventually after my 6th or 7th attempt....... I asked for her employee details and she said she does not know...... I requested speaking to her manager and not to be transferred...... Her manager Nelisiwe Mabizela came to the phone and I asked her to please give me her employee details and she deliberately refused giving me Her details..... At this point I don't evens want my money back..... I will just keep reporting on here until it reaches someone that has integrity working for this terrible company. +27116805721..... Don't ever make a mistake and sign up with this gym.... Try any other gym!
Worse support service ever!....... I just need to cancel my service with cell c fibre for 3 weeks..... Zodwa Sloane team leader told me last week it would take 48hrs to be cancel, it's been over day 7 days..... I can't believe no body can assist...... I am done spending money on airtime to call Cell C or Data to keep sending them emails with no response or reply WOW..... Disappointed in myself trying to do business with such a company....
Third week trying to do a simply cancelation..... Keep speaking to team leader Zodwa Sloane keeps telling its be escalated and was canceled but still hasn't been.... I'm not angry upset or disappointed.... I am MAD at myself for choosing to do business with them..... But I will be coming here everyday from today to complain until I'm assisted.
Worse support service ever employees just place you on hold until your airtime runs out, been struggling 7 days trying to cancel.
I called Makro to find out if my makro store card was closed after settling it in August 2020. I Spoke to Ayanda from Makro RCS and gave authorisation for her to speak to my wife after confirming that I am the account holder, she refused and advised that I need to write a letter giving my wife authorisation. I then asked if the account was still active she said yes but I will have to visit the store to lift the hold I could not understand why.? I asked if I can rather close it she then said 'wait I will call my team leader to close the account, now before I could respond she put me on hold for more than 5mins and I hanged up. I called back again and this time I was waiting for more than 10mins, when I finally got through I spoke again to Ayanda and I asked to speak to her team leader she said that his not in (remember on the first call she said "wait let me get the tmld to close the account) I asked to speak to her manager she said that he is also not in I than asked for her superiors name. She said Keshes James I also requested that she gives me her surname as well she said no she can't do that..... I thought ok if thia is how they treat their clients with no service what so ever which doesn't make sense because I'm trying to use their credit facility? Why wouldnt they want me as a client after all these years. So I will be closing my game account as well in march 2021 when I receive my bonus to cut all ties with RCS because of their employees. I hope this review will help their service in the future. WORSE SERVICE EVER
BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! First we tried their cheaper unlimited WiFi deal that was delivered to our door within 3 working days and it did not do the job for me and my family, then we cancelled via the Internet and it was cancelled that easy with only a pro-rata for what we used that deal was cancelled in 48hrs. Then we decided to take one of their 5G deals and again within 3 working days we had the new 5G router, once installed me and my family could binge anything and everything without any interruptions... SO I SAY SALUT RAIN BEST QUALITY SERVICE AND DEALS WISH EVERY COMPANY KNEW HOW TO SERVICE US WITHOUT EVER HAVING TO HAVE A VERBAL CONVERSATION!!!
I took my wife's car to have the alarm fixed (14/07/2020) on her Vtec Jazz it was fixed for only a day (total cost R1150.00 but when i got home a R 100.00 was stolen out of her ashtry. I then spoke to Nicolene, a consultant at Honda (15/07/2020) and she advised she would speak to her manager and call me back. Today is the 21/07/2020 and still no call, I went early this morning myself to sort it out but Nicolene's manager Angelique told me that her staff do not steal and said that we will refund your R 100.00 I advised her its not about the money but the principal. That I brought the car thinking it is a safe place. I said ok so i am a "liar" please can i speak to your manager she advised me he was busy, he was in a meetings all day but i can wait, I waited about an hour and still nothing they than refunded my R 200.00 for the battery they replaced and the R 100.00 that was stolen and that was that, case closed. I am so calm because it is my Birthday i just thought i could help save someone this type of unprofessional-ism by a BIG COMPANY LIKE HONDA....Please do not take your care there, drive a few extra kms to a proper professional Honda that make you feel like you are in good hands.
