I cancelled my fibre from C Fibre and then after receiving confirmation that it will be cancelled end of November 2020, requested that this request for the cancellation must be cancelled. After numerous e-mails send to request that the request for cancellation be cancelled, no one answered be that action will be taken. So, assuming that they do not want my business, I signed up with MWEB and I informed C-Fibre again numerous times that I am no londer interested in their product, they decided that now they are going to cancel my request for cancellation.
