Debtbuster gained access to my details via Sanlam. I keep on getting messages from Debtbustwra that as a Sanlam dashboard user I can get debt consolidation.
I am trying to change my service provider but apparently VUMATEL is the problem You can't get the correct information, answers nor someone that can resolve issues
I am trying for more than 1 day and numerous telephone calls later to get my service activated, but I do not know who is more useless between MWEB and Vumatel. It is just impossible to get the correct anwers from them
I cancelled my fibre from C Fibre and then after receiving confirmation that it will be cancelled end of November 2020, requested that this request for the cancellation must be cancelled. After numerous e-mails send to request that the request for cancellation be cancelled, no one answered be that action will be taken. So, assuming that they do not want my business, I signed up with MWEB and I informed C-Fibre again numerous times that I am no londer interested in their product, they decided that now they are going to cancel my request for cancellation. Again, numerous e-mails and telephone calls later I could not get hold of any one
