Our fibre connectivity stopped working on Thursday 31st March.Reported the outage to FibreC by email. Received a reference number with a comment a I would be contacted regarding this by an agent by phone. Despite our emailing a number to follow ups to see what was the situation no response. Followed up this morning with a very strong email complaint about their lack of customer service. Subsequently an agent phone me and I was informed that the service had been cancelled. No reason was given . It is paid monthly by debit order from an account with more than enough funds. We use this connection for business purposes. What pathetic customer service....let's see if they reinstate the connection??
