Network issues

I have a issue with the network, everytime I have load shedding and it comes back their network takes over 6 hours to come back, I'm situated in boksburg, can fibre stream sort out their network issue the way the do with their debit orders please, they always the 1st ones to debit month end , let the network be as quicker.
