Fibre Ninja - how to get hold of you

Fibre Ninja is a ****, I don't believe what i signed up for. I have waited on the line for 1 hour only for them to drop my call. I paid my account and my Wi-fi is off.

Please share how to get hold of them, their number they keep dropping it.
