STAY AWAY, they change prices like they want to and disconnect you for "non payment" because their systems are so ineffective they don't even know they've been paid and then they charge you R100 for reconnection even though it was their mistake π€

Bad service I have asked for debit order to be deducted on the 25 they called before the date and confirmed that the debit order will run on the 25th which it didn't I sent them an email they responded after 3 days still it was just assigned to someone I paid today the R499 of the subscription and they ens sms that they will cut my service on the 3rd now tell me who is liable for that it's not pay as you watch it's a must just a pitty that the flats I stay in refferede to them I regret this they take time to respond than you must pay extra

A waste of money. During the March school we spent the whole time with no internet. Now all of a sudden, it's gone again. No communication whatsoever, and they make you hold more than 20 mins, do not respond to calls. All they know is send statements. They even terminate services even if they debit on the agreed date. Horrible service.

Genuinely do not even bother. If you have any internet problems, expect to not be able to reach support anywhere. Not via phone and certainly not via logging a ticket on email. Whenever I have the luck of reaching them, I'd like to cancel my contract (regardless of the costs) and rather have no internet.

Probably the worst fibre provider I have ever experienced, you pay soooo much for soooo much down time and when you phone, you are on hold for hours and just end up hanging up anyway because NO ONE ANSWERS!! WhatsApp service is also NO HELP AT ALL!!!

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Our account is constantly up today despite the increase in pricing and terrible service. When trying to get hold of support the email bounces back undelivered and when trying to call them, it just drops. We have had numerous internet outages with no notification or notice at all. When we finally get hold of them, they blame the router or tell us to that they have restarted it. But we still get terrible speeds close to 15-20mb/s considering the package that we are paying for. If you can, dont sign up with this company. Zero support and even worse speeds
