My fibre has been down for 3 days now, I have been phoning the offices without any help. My neighbors have connection except me. What bothers me more is is I'm the one who's constantly calling they and they promise to call me back with feedback, but they don't.

Please steer absolutely clear of this company. Regardless of when you pay them they tend to suspend service on 3rd of the month. I remain on hold for about 20-45 minutes each time. They charge R100 reconnection fee. I paid FNB to FNB on 26th and was disconnected on 3rd. You have been warned. This company is the absolute pits!!

Fibre Ninja is a ****, I don't believe what i signed up for. I have waited on the line for 1 hour only for them to drop my call. I paid my account and my Wi-fi is off. Please share how to get hold of them, their number they keep dropping it. where to get help now

Switched off two days after paying my account in full. After calling their customer line i was on hold for +21 minutes. When I called back after buying more airtime, I was told my estimated holding time is 23 minutes. After complaining to them about my WiFi being off on their whatsapp line, they decided to block me cos i asked for a refund. Where do i even report this? 😡😡How TF are they even still in business cos they offer a sh*tty service. Been with them for less than 6 months but im canceling them end of this month, thats if they even pay back my money. Please advice on how.i can take steps against them.

Horrible is an understatement. I wish I had the words to describe how incredibly below par this provider is. You will wait on the line for over an hour for representatives who lie and say they will assist when they won’t. Their WiFi doesn’t work but they are very quick to take your money. This is the worst of the worst of the worst providers, nothing will ever top this! I am beyond words. Is there no regulatory body that can investigate these people and put an end to this immediately!!!

Are you still in business? Since December 2025 to date, only the router was installed. Countless attempts via calls and emails were made and still no service. Your lack of capacity and stock was not suppose to be an issue.

The worst when it comes to client engagement. Not solutions driven. The buck stops with call center agent, they will not allow you to escalate matters. I called them asking them to reinstate my network, they told me they have not received the funds, without even checking my account. A Tibello just told me it will be done tomorrow without even asking who I am, my account number, verifications, nothing. When I asked for the call to be escalated she point blank, refused

We had a very disappointing experience with Linteg Fibre/FibreNinja. Our fibre connection was unstable and frequently offline for an extended period. A fault was logged under Ticket #353926 and despite multiple follow-ups and full cooperation from our side, the issue was never resolved. Instead of promptly assigning a technician, the support team repeatedly requested troubleshooting steps and information, even after it was clear that the problem required technical intervention. The matter was not treated as urgent, despite being advised that the connection was critical for work. When we eventually requested cancellation due to the ongoing issues, it felt as though unnecessary processes and delays were being used to stall the cancellation, rather than resolving the issue or allowing us to exit the service smoothly. The continued instability and lack of decisive support placed my work at risk and caused prolonged inconvenience. As a result, my husband formally requested cancellation after we lost confidence in both the service and the support provided. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who requires reliable internet connectivity or responsive customer service.
