Avoid this company

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Our account is constantly up today despite the increase in pricing and terrible service. When trying to get hold of support the email bounces back undelivered and when trying to call them, it just drops.

We have had numerous internet outages with no notification or notice at all. When we finally get hold of them, they blame the router or tell us to that they have restarted it.

But we still get terrible speeds close to 15-20mb/s considering the package that we are paying for.

If you can, dont sign up with this company. Zero support and even worse speeds
