Avoid this company
This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Our account is constantly up today despite the increase in pricing and terrible service. When trying to get hold of support the email bounces back undelivered and when trying to call them, it just drops. We have had numerous internet outages with no notification or notice at all. When we finally get hold of them, they blame the router or tell us to that they have restarted it. But we still get terrible speeds close to 15-20mb/s considering the package that we are paying for. If you can, dont sign up with this company. Zero support and even worse speeds

Bad service
Purchased 2 shelves for our house, we paid for them and a day after the delivery date, I called them to find out when they were going to be delivered and was told that there was a return order on them even though no body contacted us and that they weren’t available anymore on their website Requested a refund for them only to find out that on the confirmation email that they said that they delivered them Worst online service we have had in a very long time, no communication to the client about issues with the products and for a customer centric business it seems like they don’t care
