Bad service I have asked for debit order to be deducted on the 25 they called before the date and confirmed that the debit order will run on the 25th which it didn't I sent them an email they responded after 3 days still it was just assigned to someone I paid today the R499 of the subscription and they ens sms that they will cut my service on the 3rd now tell me who is liable for that it's not pay as you watch it's a must just a pitty that the flats I stay in refferede to them I regret this they take time to respond than you must pay extra
It's even a zero they don't deserve even 1 Bad service we get at jabulani mall there is no customer service there u order pizza and wait for more than an hour what is that there was a time they ran out of bacon still we had to wait service socks I don't think I will ever buy there again and this is happening for the second time me going there
I had a problem with the explora installation and was activated while it was still in the box they were billing me while it was not installed the bill now is standing at R2300 this explora was installed on the 29 but the bill was still standing Rethabile told me they will reverse the charges but still they telling me to pay R2300 i was billed for 919 and R959 plus they deducted my account on the 21 can someone please help iIhave been dealing with this since the 9 of May really iI am frustrated now this is just a mess
I have never had a bad service such as one I am receiving at dstv explora price lock I took out this price lock excited but ended up complaining being billed rediculous bill standing at R2700 for a decoder that is still in the box they were supposed to change R919 to R959 so I can get dish and lnb installed till today I have not received anything the explora is still in the box they are billing me for something that I am not using Rethabile the person who is supposed to help is still not doing anything all I want is to return thins thing
